Deine Mission
- In einem agilen und interdisziplinären Product Team entwickelst du mit weiteren Software Engineers neue Features für unsere Produkte und trägst so maßgeblich zur Weiterentwicklung unserer SaaS-Lösung hin zu einer vollintegrierten Pricing-Lösung bei
- Du stellst durch Testautomation, regelmäßige Refactorings und Code Reviews die Qualität deines Source Codes sicher
- Vom ersten Tag an trägst du auch strategisch zu einer nachhaltigen Software-Architektur bei und schreibst technische Dokumentation
- Du konzeptionierst technische Lösungen und brichst komplexe Probleme iterativ in kleinere Work Items herunter
- Zusammen mit den Frontend Engineers entwickelst du skalierbare und performante APIs
- In unserem Software Development Lifecycle berücksichtigst du auch aktuelle Angriffsvektoren und stellst so die Sicherheit deiner Services sicher
- Du teilst kontinuierlich dein Wissen in Knowledge Sharing Sessions sowie Tech Talks und befähigst so andere Software Engineers
- Wenn du gerne über den Tellerrand hinausblickst, hast du die Möglichkeit die Frontend Engineers in deinem Team bei spannenden Frontend Tasks zu unterstützen

- Du wohnst aktuell in Deutschland
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in der Informatik, bist Ingenieur oder hast eine vergleichbare Ausbildung oder konkrete Erfahrung
- Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Hands-on Erfahrung als Backend Engineer in der Produkt-Entwicklung, präferiert Python
- Du bist ein Teamplayer mit unternehmerischer Denkweise
- Du brennst dafür, dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten und liebst Herausforderungen
- Du bist ehrgeizig, motiviert, achtest auf Details, stellst Gegebenes in Frage und entwickelst dich selbst kontinuierlich weiter

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
