Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen einen festen Kundenstamm und gewinnen zielorientiert Neukund:innen im B2B-Bereich - zu Beginn vor allem im telefonischen Vertrieb (Telesales), später gern auch persönlich vor Ort
- Sie verkaufen in enger Absprache mit unseren operativen Fachabteilungen unsere Speditions-, Transport- und Logistikdienstleistungen und bieten unseren Kund:innen beste Beratungsqualität
- Sie erstellen Frachtangebote und übernehmen die After-Sales-Betreuung sowohl bei Fest- als auch bei Tagespreisofferten
- Sie nutzen für Ihre Vertriebsaktivitäten konsequent unser CRM-Tool
- Sie kümmern sich gemeinsam mit unserer Vertriebsleitung um kreative Vertriebsaktionen und Messe-Auftritte

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit und konnten idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst (Outbound) sammeln
- Sie besitzen idealerweise Speditionserfahrung, egal ob im Rahmen der Ausbildung oder während des Jobs
- Sie beherrschen das MS Office Paket
- Sie sind teamfähig und sowohl für unsere Kund:innen als auch das Sales-Team ein:e verlässliche:r Partner:in im operativen Geschäft

If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
