- Du setzt Deine Erfahrung auch in der Bewertung und Optimierung bereits bestehender Energie- und TGA-Konzepte ein
- Du begleitest den gesamten Projektprozess über die HOAI-Leistungsphasen, Ausschreibungserstellung, Gebäudesimulationen und Machbarkeitsstudien
- Du übernimmst inhaltliche Beratung von Kunden und auch selbstständige Bearbeitungen von vielfältigen Projekten
- Du unterstützt Deine Teamkollegenbei der Analyse und Optimierung bestehender ESG- und Bewertungsprozesse
- Du wirkst in einem internationalen Expertenteam und erweiterst Deinen Horizont und Deine Kenntnisse

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über einen Hochschulabschluss im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Energietechnik, Elektrotechnik, Versorgungstechnik oder im Bereich Architektur und über mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Energietechnik oder Thermodynamik im Bereich Bauwesen
- Du hast interdisziplinäres Hintergrundwissen im Bereich Maschinenbau und thermische Bauphysik
- Du bringst tiefgehende Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Bewertung von Energiekonzepten und Energieaudit mit sowie gute Praxiskenntnisse von Projektaufgaben und Prozessen (Leistungsphasen)
- Du zeichnest dich durch ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung mit der Fähigkeit, im Team sowie selbständig zu arbeiten, aus
- Du zählst analytische Fähigkeiten mit einer agilen Denkweise und Teamfähigkeit zu deinen Stärken
- Du besitzt verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1-Niveau) und fließende Englischkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
