Was erwartet dich?
- Du begleitest spannende und anspruchsvolle Projekte für Neubau, Revitalisierung und Bestand mit den Schwerpunkten Green Building und Dekarbonisierung
- Du bearbeitest und unterstützt bei der Zertifizierung von Gebäuden nach nationalen und internationalen Standards: DGNB, LEED und BREEAM
- Du erstellst Ökobilanzen (LCA) und Lebenszykluskostenberechnungen (LCC)
- Du unterstützt bei der Beratung von Kunden zu den Themen ESG und EU-Taxonomie
- Du berätst unsere Kunden bei der Anwendung von Rating- / Scoring-Systemen (GRESB, SRI, ECORE, Wuest ESG)
- Du führst CO2-Emissionsanalysen durch und leitest daraus Handlungsempfehlungen zur Verbesserung der ESG-Positionierung her
- Du optimierst mit uns die bestehenden ESG-Analyse- und Bewertungsverfahren
- Du wirkst in einem internationalen Expertenteam und erweiterst Deinen Horizont und Deine Kenntnisse

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über einen Hochschulabschluss im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Energiemanagement, Klimaengineering/-design, Bauökologie/-physik, Architektur oder einem anderen immobiliennahen Bereich
- Du besitzt eine anerkannte Zertifizierung, idealerweise DGNB Consultant oder DGNB Auditor oder aber LEED AP, BREEAM Auditor, EnergieEffizienzExperte (EEE) oder Sachverständigen für Nachhaltiges Bauen (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst einschlägige Erfahrung im Bereich der Zertifizierung, z.B. als Auditor, Assessor oder AP (m/w/d) mit
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine hohe Beratungskompetenz und Freude an der Kommunikation mit Kunde:innen aus,
- Du hast ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zu interdisziplinärem Denken und Zusammenarbeiten und zählst analytische Fähigkeiten mit einer agilen Denkweise und Teamfähigkeit zu deinen Stärken
- Du besitzt verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1-Niveau) und fließende Englischkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
