Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist in unserem Team verantwortlich für die gesamte technische Infrastruktur, planst, koordinierst und dokumentierst die Instandhaltung von Gebäuden, Anlagen und Betriebsmitteln, um Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsstandards zu erfüllen
- Du übernimmst die Auslegung und Revision von technischen Anlagen (technische Gase, Heizung, Strom usw.), führst die Vorbereitung und Umsetzung von Projekten inkl. Koordinierung der externen Gewerke durch und arbeitest bei der Konzeptfindung und Beantragung von Bauvorhaben zu
- Du überprüfst den Betriebsmittelverbrauch und übernimmst die Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Kostensparmaßnahmen, des Weiteren überwachst du das gesamte Personal externer Dienstleister (Wachpersonal, Reinigungsdienst, Grünflächenpfleger:innen usw.) und kontrollierst die Einhaltung von organisatorischen Maßnahmen der Ordnung und Sicherheit, bspw. Stellflächen, Abfallentsorgung, Fluchtwege usw.
- Du unterstützt bei der Abwicklung von Versicherungen und Dienstleistungsverträgen und bist verantwortlich für die Pflege des standortbezogenen Explosionsschutzdokumentes und des Feuerwehrplans

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über Berufserfahrung im Facility-Management oder in einer ähnlichen Position und bringst Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Technischer Betrieb und Bürogebäude mit
- Du hast Grundkenntnisse in der Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrotechnik und Klimatechnik und bringst optimalerweise eine Qualifikation als Gefahrstoffbeauftragte, Abfall-, oder Brandschutzbeauftragte mit
- Du zählst analytisches Denken zur Fehlerbehebung und zur Lösungsoptimierung zu deinen Stärken, bist teamfähig, kommunikativ und flexibel und überzeugst mit deiner sorgfältigen und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsweise
- Du bist bereit, dich ständig fachlich und methodisch weiterzubilden
- Du bringst sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
