Zum weiteren Ausbau unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Testmanager QS/QM (m/w/d) für bundesweite Kundenprojekte (Schwerpunkt Hannover und Stuttgart).
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Aufbau eines Testmanagements in Anlehnung an ISTQB-Standards bei gleichzeitiger Anpassung an die Kundeninfrastruktur unter Berücksichtigung von Bedingungen/Wünschen des Auftraggebers
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung des fundamentalen Testprozesses:Testplanung, -überwachung und -steuerung
Testanalyse
Testentwurf, Testrealisierung und Testdurchführung
Bewertung von Endkriterien und Bericht
Automatisierung der Testfälle und zielgerichtete Organisation von auftragsspezifischen Veränderungen an der Testumgebung - Leitung des Testteams in Zusammenarbeit mit der Leitung des Projektes
- Erstellung, Optimierung und Steuerung von Testkonzeptionen und -plänen für den Nutzerkreis
- Beschreibung von Methoden und Abläufen unter Beachtung der Gegebenheiten der Qualitätssicherung
- Konzeption und Aufbau von Schnittstellentests
- Beratung der Projektleitungen in Bezug auf Testmanagement (was ist in welchem Projekt wirklich notwendig und warum, Projektspezifika beachten)
- Einarbeitung neuer Testressourcen (v.a. bei Einstellung von internen Mitarbeitern) in allen Belangen des Testmanagements

Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder vergleichbar
- ISTQB Zertifizierung Advanced Level
- Erfahrungen in einem Testcenter für komplexe Anwendungen,
mindestens aber 5 Jahre Erfahrungen in der Softwareentwicklung - Erfahrung in mindestens 2 Projekten im Bereich der selbständigen,
eigenverantwortlichen Ausarbeitung von Testkonzepten für
Integrations-, System-, Abnahmetests für Software-Anwendungen - Deutsch in Wort und Schrift mind. auf C2-Niveau
- Projektbezogene bundesweite Einsatzbereitschaft

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.

No, companies can only see the applications they have received.
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
