Was erwartet dich?
- Eventplanung & Networking: Du bist für die Planung und Umsetzung von digitalen und physischen Messeauftritten verantwortlich. Zusätzlich kümmerst du dich um Speakerslots und bist Ansprechpartner:in für relevante B2B-Veranstaltungen.
- Content & Social Media: Du bereitest Content für verschiedene Channel, wie z.B. Blog, Case Studies oder Paid Kampagnen oder brand-neue Landing Pages etc. auf. Darüber hinaus liebst du es zu Texten und deiner Kreativität freien Lauf zu lassen.
- Social Media ist dein Ding und du bist für den gesamten B2B-Contentplan sowie fürs Community-Management zuständig. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit #TeamGrafik erstellst du die Social-Postings und weißt dabei genau was gerade im Trend ist.
- Market-Research & Reportings: Du kennst den Handelsmarkt, bist immer am neuesten Stand und führst Marktstudien durch. Reportings und Auswertungen fallen ebenfalls in deinen Aufgabenbereich.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst Erfahrung im Marketing, Social Media oder als Content Creator, etc. mit. Bonus: Du hast Agency-Erfahrung.
- Idealerweise bringst du ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Marketing, Kommunikationswissenschaft oder eine ähnliche Ausbildung in diesem Bereich mit.
- Toll wäre eine Zahlenaffinität und ein sicherer Umgang mit Analysetools, wie z.B. Google Analytics.
- Du liebst es zu kommunizieren und du blühst in einem dynamischen Umfeld so richtig auf.
- Du denkst lean, bist flexibel und hast ein offenes Mindset.
- Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Deutsch und für die Kommunikation mit unserem internationalen #Teamfuckingawesome bringst du auch fließendes Englisch mit.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
