Was erwartet Sie?
- Du erstellst und kalkulierst eigenverantwortlich Angebote für unsere Flachdachbau-Projekte, von der Massenermittlung bis zur finalen Preisgestaltung unter Anwendung gängiger Bausoftware.
- Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden, berätst sie fachkundig zu technischen Lösungen und pflegst nachhaltige Geschäftsbeziehungen.
- Du führst Auftragsverhandlungen souverän zum Erfolg und stellst dabei eine VOB-sichere Vertragsgestaltung sicher.
- Abhängig von deiner Erfahrung übernimmst du die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung für ein Team von drei Bauleitern und förderst deren Weiterentwicklung.
- Du begleitest ausgewählte Projekte von der Angebotsphase bis zur Übergabe und arbeitest dabei eng mit der Bauleitung zusammen, um eine reibungslose Umsetzung zu gewährleisten.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder der Architektur abgeschlossen und bringst Berufserfahrung als Bauleiter oder Kalkulator im Flachdachbau mit.
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, bist verhandlungsstark und überzeugst im direkten Kundenkontakt.
- Mit der VOB und den relevanten Fachregeln kennst du dich bestens aus.
- Du bist fit im Umgang mit MS 365 und bringst idealerweise Erfahrung mit einer gängigen Bausoftware mit.
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B.
- Du sprichst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch, um mit allen Projektbeteiligten klar zu kommunizieren.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
