Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Konzeptionierung, Durchführung, Dokumentation und Auswertung von Bauwerksuntersuchungen jeglicher Art
- Du dokumentierst und unterstützt Probenentnahmen und führst zerstörungsfreie Untersuchungen durch
- Du erstellst Untersuchungsberichte, bewertest Schadensursachen und erarbeitest Instandsetzungskonzepte
- Du bearbeitest Instandsetzungs-, Umbau- und Neubauprojekte und kümmerst dich um Ausführungs-/Detailplanung
- Du führst Projekt- und Planungsbesprechungen, Ergebnispräsentationen und Abstimmungen durch
- Du übernimmst die wirtschaftliche und technische Führung der Projekte

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast erfolgreich ein Bauingenieurstudium oder ein technisch orientiertes Architekturstudium abgeschlossen
- Du verfügst über mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der gleichen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Du hast möglichst Erfahrung im Umgang mit zerstörungsfreien Untersuchungsmethoden, z.B. Ultraschall, Georadar, etc.
- Du bist erfahren in der Auswertung und Bewertung von Baustoffuntersuchungen sowie der Konzeptionierung von Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen
- Du bist bereit, Dienstreisen im Rahmen der Bauwerksuntersuchungen anzutreten (eintägig, mehrtägig und/oder mehrwöchig - je nach Anlass), tendenziell überwiegend im Inland, aber ggf. auch im Ausland
- Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Engagement, Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit mit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
