Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest und verantwortest den Aufbau unseres Scrum Master Teams und verantwortest die fachliche Führung
- Du setzt deine methodischen Kenntnisse und kreativen Ideen ein, um agile Standards zu implementieren und zu optimieren
- Du bist maßgeblich an der Einführung und Anpassung agiler Methoden auf allen Ebenen beteiligt
- Du berätst auf Basis deines Wissens unterschiedliche Kund:innen, Teams und Projekte
- Du coachst unsere Kolleg:innen mit agilen Werkzeugen und Methoden
- Du identifizierst Weiterentwicklungsmaßnahmen und organisierst deren Umsetzung
- Du verantwortest die Umsetzung und Einhaltung agiler Methoden in crossfunctionalen Teams
- Du förderst die Teamentwicklung, Selbstorganisation und die Übernahme von Verantwortung innerhalb des Teams und stärkst das agile Mindset

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst gute Kenntnisse verschiedener agiler Frameworks und Ansätze und bringst diese eigenverantwortlich und proaktiv ein
- Du verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Empathie und sozialer Kompetenz sowie ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
- Du hast bereits mehrere Jahre Erfahrung als Agile Coach (m/w/d) oder Scrum Master (m/w/d) in der Softwarebranche
- Du bringst gute methodische Fähigkeiten in den Bereichen Moderation, Mediation, Change Management und Teamentwicklung mit, idealerweise in führender Position
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse, da wir als internationales Unternehmen intern und extern beide Sprachen im täglichen Einsatz haben
- Du liebst es neue Wege zu gehen und kannst Teams motivieren und inspirieren sie mit dir zu gehen, um eine agile und moderne Organisation zu schaffen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
