Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst Energieberatungen für Wohnhäuser vor Ort durch
- Du berätst Kund:innen zu Themen wie erneuerbare Energien und Energieeffizienz
- Du gestaltest ein digitales Produkt zur Unterstützung von Energieeinsparungen mit
- Du analysierst Energieverbrauchsdaten und erstellen Energieeffizienzberichte
- Du schulst und unterstützt Kund:innen bei der Nutzung des digitalen Produkts
- Du entwickelst und setzen Maßnahmenpläne zur Energieeinsparung um
- Du arbeitest mit anderen Abteilungen des Unternehmens zusammen, um unsere Produkte und Dienstleistungen kontinuierlich zu verbessern

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Energieberatung und/oder im Bereich erneuerbare Energien
- Du hast Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Energieeffizienz, Gebäudetechnik und erneuerbare Energien
- Du hast ein gutes Verständnis von Software-Tools und Technologien im Zusammenhang mit Energieeffizienz
- Du zeichnest dich durch Lernbereitschaft, ein hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation und Kundenorientierung aus
- Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Informationen verständlich zu vermitteln
- Du bist dazu bereit, gelegentlich außerhalb der regulären Arbeitszeit zu arbeiten

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
