Was erwartet dich?
Als erfahrener Consultant bist du in der Lage bei unseren Kunden Veränderung anzuführen. Um die Ziele unserer Kunden effizient und nachhaltig umzusetzen, bringst du deine Expertise ein und übernimmst die Projektverantwortung. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:
- Projektmanagement von der Planung bis zur Finalisierung
- Fachliche Beratung des Kunden
- Kundenbedarfe erkennen und 360° Betrachtung der möglichen Problemfelder
- Erarbeitung von individualisierten Lösungen
- Zentraler Ansprechpartner als Schnittstelle zum Kunden
- Akquise neuer Kundenprojekte und Bestandskundenpflege
- Mögliche Einsatzgebiete sind Industrieprojekte mit den Schwerpunkten Lieferantenverlagerung, Anlaufmanagement, Produktionsoptimierung und Krisenmanagement

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Consultant oder in der Industrie (Führungserfahrung wünschenswert)
- Fachliche Expertise im Bereich Operations & Supply Chain
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, wünschenswert als Projektleitung
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift erforderlich
- Analytisches Denkvermögen, selbstbewusstes Auftreten und die Fähigkeit komplexe Sachverhalte zu vermitteln

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
