Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst Service-Descriptions sowie dazu passende Onboarding-Prozesse und verantwortest Service-Onboardings und Transitions mit unseren Kunden
- In regelmäßigen Intervallen sprichst du mit unseren Kunden über die Service-Performance, identifizierst Verbesserungs- und weiteres Beratungspotenzial und setzt sinnvolle Service-Verbesserungen nachhaltig und standardisiert um
- Durch einen hohen Grad an Standardisierung schaffst du die Grundlage für Automatisierung in den Bereichen Service-Onboarding, Service Reviews (Reporting/Dashboards), Requests und unterstützt bei unseren internen Service-Automationen
- Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Cloud Architekten zusammen, um Automatisierungsmöglichkeiten für Service-Prozesse zu identifizieren und zu implementieren
- Bei Kundenanfragen übernimmst du die Schnittstellenfunktion und bist Enabler für das Team sowie für kundenübergreifende Themen
- Uns ist Feedback zum Service sehr wichtig, nur so können wir uns ständig verbessern. Du bewertest daher Rückmeldungen unserer Kunden und lässt diese in unsere Service-Optimierung einfließen.
- Du stellst sicher, dass dem Kunden unser Service-Angebot zur Verfügung steht und reagierst auf Servicebeeinträchtigungen
- Als erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Managed Service Kunden identifizierst und verwaltest du Verbesserungspotenziale der von uns verwalteten Umgebungen, um die Leistung, Effizienz und Sicherheit kontinuierlich zu steigern und aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Kunden beizutragen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
