Was erwartet dich?
- Du recherchierst potenzielle Kund:innen für unsere Data Integration Plattform Magic xpi und unsere Data Management Plattform.
- Du identifizierst, qualifizierst und verfolgst Leads für den Vertrieb und begleitest ihren Weg durch den Vertriebsprozess.
- Du führst persönliche oder virtuelle Qualifizierungsgespräche und dokumentierst deine Leads in Salesforce.
- Du übernimmst die Erstellung, Ausführung und Pflege eines Leadgenerierungs- und Qualifizierungsplans, einer methodischen Analyse und eines Berichtssystems.
- Du führst Besprechungen & Follow-Ups mit dem Vertriebsteam, sowohl online als auch persönlich.
- Du recherchierst, planst und implementierst neue Zielmarktinitiativen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im Business Development - idealerweise von Software Lösungen - und Erfahrung im Bereich der Daten Integration bzw. dem Daten Management. - Ein Quereinstieg ist ebenfalls möglich falls Software Lösungen rund um das Thema Data Management deine Passion sind.
- Du besitzt die Fähigkeit auf Kund:innen und Marktänderungen schnell reagieren zu können und dich auf langfristige Ziele zu konzentrieren
- Du bist erfahren in der Zusammenarbeit mit einem globalen Team und hast die Fähigkeit, sich in andere Personen & Bedürfnisse hineinzuversetzen
- Du zeigst ein hohes Maß an Scharfsinn in den Bereichen Problemlösung, Business, Networking, Management und Kundenservice
- Du besitzt eine gut entwickelte schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch (Muttersprache) und Englisch
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Vertriebstools wie Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
