Was erwartet dich?
- Du koordinierst und steuerst schlüsselfertige Bauprojekte für erneuerbare Energien, von der ersten Bauberatung bis zur Koordination der Nachunternehmer
- Du behältst stets den Überblick über das Baustellenpersonal, den Baustellenverlauf und die Ergebnissteuerung, die Leistungserbringung hast du immer im Fokus und sorgst mit Kompetenz, Genauigkeit und Weitblick für die Verfolgung zur Beseitigung von Baumängeln
- Du trägst die Verantwortung über das Budget des Bauprojekts sowie die Erstellung von Errection Reviews und Behinderungsanzeigen
- Du bereitest außerdem Feedbacks für die weitere, für die Umsetzung relevante Abteilungen vor, z. B. für die Konstruktion oder das Projektengineering
- Du bist die erste Ansprechperson vor Ort für Personal, Kund:innen, Nachunternehmer und SiGeKo

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau oder einem ähnlichen Bereich
- Du kennst dich bereits mit kaufmännischen Prozessen aus oder bist dazu bereit, sie dir selbstständig zu erarbeiten
- Du konntest erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement und im Umgang mit der VOB sammeln
- Du zeichnest dich durch deine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Führungskompetenz aus und bist in der Lage, deine fachkundigen Einschätzungen in Gesprächen mit Stakeholdern professionell zu vertreten
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B und hast mit Reisebereitschaft, perspektivisch auch ins EU-Ausland, kein Problem
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und idealerweise auch bereits ein sehr gutes Englisch

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
