Was erwartet dich?
- Du verwandelst das technologische Potenzial von grünem Wasserstoff und nachhaltigen Treibstoffen in einem spannenden Zukunftsmarkt in eine kommerzielle Realität
- Du leitest Industrialisierungsprojekte im Bereich unserer Elektrolyse-Stacks von der Initialisierung bis zum SOP/PPAP und koordinierst Logistik, Layout, Quality, IT und den Aufbau der Produktion
- Du bist verantwortlich für den Gesamtprojektplan, dessen zeitgerechte Umsetzung, die Budget- und Ressourcenplanung und für die Nachverfolgung des Produktkosten-Forecasts
- Du führst mehrere interdisziplinäre Projektteams und bedienst dich dabei agiler, sowie klassischer Projektmanagementmethoden und verbesserst laufend den Arbeitsfluss und führst projektspezifische Prozesse ein
- Du setzt Standards bezüglich des Projektmanagements, die über dein eigenes Projekt hinaus Verwendung finden und berichtest direkt an den COO

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen Abschluss in Ingenieurwissenschaften oder im Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen mit starkem Interesse an innovativen Technologien
- Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Leitung von Industrialisierungsprojekten hochvolumiger Produkte mit
- Du verfügst über fundierte Fachkenntnisse in der Produktionsplanung, Wertstromplanung, im Maschinenlieferanten-Management, Lastenhefte, Konstruktionsfreigaben, Maschinenabnahmen, Fähigkeitsnachweisen und PPAP
- Du bringst gute Kenntnisse über klassische Projektmanagement-Methoden und -Tools mit, Kenntnisse über agile Methoden sind ein Plus, Weiterbildungen und Zertifizierungen nach PMI, IPMA sind ebenfalls von Vorteil
- Du bist sicher in der Anwendung gängiger Problemlösungsmethoden, wie 8D, Ishikawa oder 5xWhy
- Du bist organisiert, hast ein selbstsicheres Auftreten und kannst deine Kolleg:innen motivieren, die Projektziele zu erreichen
- Du bist bereit, in kritischen Zeiten an unseren Fertigungsstandorten verstärkt präsent zu sein und den Pilot-Fertigungshochlauf zu betreuen
- Du überzeugst durch ein hohes Maß an Leistungsbereitschaft und unternehmerischer Intuition
- Du bist verhandlungssicher in Englisch und Deutsch

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
