Was erwartet dich?
- Du setzt dich kontinuierlich mit den Märkten, den ausgewählten Zielgruppen und dem Wettbewerb auseinander
- Du erstellst Absatzprognosen, zeigst zu erwartende Trends auf und erstellst Wettbewerbsvergleichen und Kundennutzenanalysen
- Du verfasst Argumentationsleitfäden
- Du kümmerst dich um die neuen Entwicklungen und analysierst die Wirtschaftlichkeit
- Du bewertest laufend den Umsatz-, Deckungsbeitrag- und die Ergebnisentwicklung der zu verantwortenden Produkte
- Du bist für Budgetierung der Etats für Produktentwicklung und Produktmarketing zuständig
- Du legst Maßnahmen zur Einhaltung der Wirtschaftlichkeit in Zusammenarbeit mit den ggf. betroffenen Funktionsbereichen fest
- du informierst und berätst die Geschäftsleitung und die strategischen Gruppen bezüglich Produkt- und Marktfragen
- Du erarbeitest Anforderungsprofile für die Erstellung von Lastenheften
- Du erarbeitest geeignete Marketing und Vertriebsstrategien

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Wirtschaftsingenieurstudium mit Schwerpunkt Maschinenbau, Automatisierungstechnik, Steuerungstechnik oder vergleichbar
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse im strategischen Marketing und in der Marktforschung
- Du punktest mit Methodenkenntnissen im Bereich Unternehmens- und Umweltanalyse
- Du zeichnest dich durch hohes analytisches und lösungsorientiertes Denkvermögen aus
- Du hast eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise und verknüpftes Denkvermögen
- Du überzeugst mit sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
