Was erwartet dich?
- Du modernisierst unsere IT-Landschaft und bringst die Organisation mit der Einführung innovativer Softwareprodukte voran
- Du realisierst unsere IT-Projekte, von der Projektdefinition über die Abwicklung bis zur Inbetriebnahme und Abnahme durch die Fachabteilungen
- Du stellst die technische und kaufmännische Projektqualität sicher, ferner bist du zuständig für die Kosten- und Aufwandsschätzungen, dabei überwachst du die Projektbudgets, Qualitätsziele sowie die Zeitpläne für deine Projekte, um eine termingerechte Lieferung und Zufriedenheit bei den Kolleg:innen zu gewährleisten
- Du koordinierst IT-Dienstleister, Partner, Lieferanten und interne sowie externe Stakeholder in den verschiedenen Phasen des Projekts durch effiziente Kommunikation und berichtest regelmäßig zum Fortschritt deiner Projekte
- Du baust enge Arbeitsbeziehungen zum internen Fachabteilungen auf, bist die vertrauensvolle erste Ansprechperson und strebst nach hoher Kundenzufriedenheit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen Abschluss in Ingenieurwissenschaften oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen mit starkem Interesse an innovativen Technologien und betriebswirtschaftlichen Gesamtverständnis
- Du konntest bereits Berufserfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten sammeln, vorzugsweise im IT-, Energiesektor oder Anlagenbau
- Du bringst gute Kenntnisse von Projektmanagement-Methoden und Tools mit, eine Weiterbildung und Zertifizierung in Prince2 oder ITIL, sowie Erfahrung in der Produktionstechnik ist von Vorteil
- Du bist gut organisiert, trittst selbstsicher auf und besitzt ein gutes Geschick für Präsentationen und Verhandlungen und du zeichnest dich durch Aufgeschlossenheit, Neugierde und eine proaktive Art aus
- Du beherrschst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
