Wir suchen dich als Unterstützung für unser Team. Wenn du nicht in/um Düsseldorf wohnst, kannst du uns auch bis zu 60 % aus dem Home Office unterstützen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Teamentwicklung und führst regelmäßige Mitarbeitergespräche bei einer Teamgröße von 8 bis 10 Membern
- Du prüfst, bewertest und begleitest Sanierungskonzepte und ausfallgefährdete Engagements
- Du begleitest Risikokontrollen und arbeitest eng mit der Abteilungsleitung und Membern zusammen
- Du steuerst und optimierst die Arbeitsprozesse und Abläufe
- Du verantwortest die Bildung von Rückstellungen für Kreditausfälle und minimierst Forderungsausfälle
- Du erstellst Reports in Englisch und leitest etwaige Maßnahmen ab

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung idealerweise im Bankenwesen, und hast mehrjährige Erfahrungen in der Führung von Mitarbeitern gesammelt
- Du bringst idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Forderungsmanagement, Mahnwesen oder Insolvenzrecht mit
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket, insbesondere sehr gute Excel Kenntnisse
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du bist analytisch stark und hast ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und wirtschaftliches Verständnis, bist strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und teamfähig
- Du überzeugst mit Zuverlässigkeit, Genauigkeit, Organisationstalent und Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie durch Flexibilität und Eigeninitiative

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
