Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind für den Aufbau und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung Anlagenservice sowie die personelle und organisatorische Führung der Serviceabteilung inkl. Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen verantwortlich
- Sie implementieren geeignete Prozesse und Organisationsabläufe, betreuen die Kund:innen nach der Auslieferung der Anlagen und setzen Maßnahmen und Programme zur Kundenbetreuung und Kundenbindung um
- Sie bieten telefonischen Support für unsere Kund:innen, verkaufen Serviceleistungen, nehmen Wartungs- und Reparaturaufträge an und klären die Kostenträgerschaft
- Sie übernehmen die Kalkulationen von Wartungs-, Support- und Ersatzteilangeboten und -verträgen sowie die Planung und Durchführung von Serviceeinsätzen weltweit
- Sie nehmen Anlagen vor Ort bei Kund:innen in Betrieb, reparieren und warten diese, sind für die Abrechnung der Wartungs- und Serviceeinsätze verantwortlich und beschaffen, versenden und rechnen Ersatzteile ab
- Sie unterstützen den Sonderanlagenbau beim Aufbau und der Inbetriebnahme von Sonderanlagen und erstellen Wartungsanleitungen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine technische Ausbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker, Meister (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung in der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik, Mess-/Regeltechnik, Automatisierungstechnik oder Maschinenbau sowie Erfahrung im Service
- Sie überzeugen durch Ihr Kosten- und Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie wirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln
- Sie besitzen idealerweise Erfahrungen in der Messtechnik, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, mit Druck- oder Durchflussmessungen
- Sie verfüge über Erfahrung im Beschwerdemanagement und sind kunden- und lösungsorientiert
- Sie zeichnen sich durch eine „Can-Do“ Einstellung und der damit gepaarten Flexibilität und Reaktionsgeschwindigkeit aus
- Sie verfügen über Führungskompetenz und überzeugen als Motivator:in sowie Organisations- und Koordinationstalent
- Sie besitzen Reisebereitschaft für gelegentliche Dienstreisen zu Kund:innen vor Ort
- Sie besitzen gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift – weitere Sprachen von Vorteil

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
