Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die Einhaltung der Termine, Funktionalität und Sicherheit und hast die Verantwortung für die mechanische Gesamtkonstruktion unserer Maschinen und Anlagen
- Du hast die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung unserer mechanischen Konstruktionsabteilung, überwachst die Konstruktionsprojekte von den verschiedensten Projektgruppen und prüfst die konstruktiven Lösungen auf Plausibilität
- Du entwickelst eine zielgerichtete, strategische und effiziente Mitarbeiter:innenstruktur weiter und verantwortest die Weiterentwicklung von Strukturen, Prozessen und Tools zur Effizienzsteigerung
- Du planst und koordinierst die Mitarbeiter:innen entsprechend der Auftrags- und Terminsituation sowie Planung, Betreuung und Unterstützung bei neuen Projekten und stellst sicher, dass die Projekt-Meilensteine sowie Kundentermine und Kostenziele eingehalten werden
- Du definierst neue Technologien und prüfst deren Einsatzfähigkeit sowie Weiterentwicklung, dabei arbeitest du eng mit den Bereichen Anlagensteuerung und Montage zusammen
- Du überwachst die abteilungs- und projektbezogene Dokumentation

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Maschinenbau- oder Mechatronikstudium mit Praxiserfahrung in der Konstruktion von Maschinen und Anlagen und mindestens 5-8 Jahre Berufserfahrung in leitender oder vergleichbarer Position im Bereich Maschinen- / Anlagenbau
- Du bringst konstruktive Berufserfahrung im Sondermaschinenbau mit und besitzt eine Führungspersönlichkeit mit Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung, idealerweise besitzt du Kenntnisse im AutoDesk Inventor/Vault
- Du zeichnest dich durch Teamfähigkeit, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Verantwortungsgefühl aus, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Konfliktlösungsfähigkeit stellt für dich keine Herausforderung dar
- Du bringst gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS-Office mit und hast gute englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
