- Du analysierst kontinuierlich alle wichtigen KPI und Conversions von der Activation bis hin zur Revenue Renewal unserer Subscriptions
- Du erarbeitest Konzepte, evaluierst diese und setzt sie mit den entsprechenden Teams um und misst deren Erfolg
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung über unser Omnichannel Marketing Tool nach dem Zeitpunkt der Installation
- Du erarbeitest Kampagnen, um Retention und Usage zu steigern
- Du bist für die interdisziplinäre Koordination mit dem Produkt-, Marketingteam sowie mit den Entwickler:innen zuständig

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in ähnlichen Bereichen im Marketing, Produkt Management oder ähnlichen Bereichen
- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im App Business bzw. B2C Bereich, sowie Kenntnissse mit gängigen Analytics- und Omnichannel Tools mit
- Du überzeugst durch starke analytische Fähigkeiten, mit Fokus auf Metriken, kombiniert mit einem Growth Mindset
- Du verfügst über hohes Engagement, eine große Bereitschaft zur Eigeninitiative, sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und ein Gespür für die Bedürfnisse von Motorradfahrer:innen
- Du hast im Idealfall Erfahrung mit gängigen Grafikprogrammen – wie Adobe Photoshop, InDesign oder Illustrator, um Assets direkt zu erstellen und zu testen
- Du besitzt verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
