Rechtsanwalt im Gesellschaftsrecht und Steuerrecht (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Sie?
- Beratung unserer anspruchsvollen Mandantschaft bei Unternehmenstransaktionen sowie Umstrukturierungen
- Unterstützung von Unternehmen bei der Einhaltung von gesellschaftsrechtlichen Vorschriften und der Umsetzung von Corporate Governance-Richtlinien
- Durchführung von Due Diligence-Prüfungen im Rahmen von Unternehmenskäufen und-verkäufen
- Erstellung und Überarbeitung von Geschäftsordnungen und Satzungen
- Vertretung unserer Mandanten vor Finanzbehörden
- Stellungnahmen zu steuer-, handels- und gesellschaftsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
- Konzipierung und Beurteilung steuerlicher Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten
- Überwachung und Einhaltung steuerrechtlicher Vorschriften
- Sie arbeiten im Team mit Steuerberatern und Rechtsanwälten, vor allem aus den Bereichen Gesellschaftsrecht, Erbrecht und Immobilienrecht

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften mit nachgewiesenen theoretischen und praktischen Erfahrungen im Gesellschafts- und Steuerrecht
- Sie haben 3-4 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Sie haben einen ausgeprägten Sinn für ökonomische Zusammenhänge und die Bereitschaft, als Sparringspartner in komplexen Fragestellungen zu fungieren
- Sie überzeugen durch professionelles Auftreten, eine hohe Sozialkompetenz, können sich gut artikulieren, sind aufgeschlossen, empathisch und ein Teamplayer

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
