Was erwartet dich?
- Du konzipierst und entwickelst klimaneutrale Gebäudekonzepte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Fachingenieuren und Bauherren
- Du analysierst den Bedarf und schaffst maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für jedes Projekt und bewertest technisch Baumaterialien und -systeme, die den höchsten Nachhaltigkeitsstandards entsprechen
- Du vermittelst Know-how und Verantwortung an das Projektteam, um eine nachhaltige Umsetzung zu gewährleisten
- Du überwachst die Einhaltung von Nachhaltigkeitsstandards während der Projektumsetzung
- Du förderst eine visionäre, klimafreundliche Zukunft im Planungs- und Bauwesen durch Schulungen, Workshops und Veranstaltungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen Abschluss in Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen, Versorgungsingenieurwesen oder einer verwandten Fachrichtung und bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Konzeption klimaneutraler Gebäude mit
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Nachhaltigkeit, Energiemanagement und Baustofftechnologie
- Du verfügst über eine visionäre, innovative Denkweise und kannst Trends im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit erkennen und nutzen
- Du überzeugst durch dein Verhandlungsgeschick im Umgang mit Bauherren und Fachingenieuren
- Du bist teamfähig und zuverlässig

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
