Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für Deinen eigenen Mandantenstamm und berätst diesen proaktiv in allen steuerlichen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen
- Du erstellst eigenverantwortlich Jahresabschlüsse sowie betriebliche und private Steuererklärungen und nutzt dafür souverän DATEV Pro
- Du übernimmst die selbstständige Führung der Finanz- und Lohnbuchhaltung und erstellst aussagekräftige Auswertungen mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
- Du korrespondierst sicher mit Finanzbehörden sowie Sozialversicherungsträgern und begleitest souverän steuerliche Betriebsprüfungen
- Du bringst Deine Expertise aktiv in Sonderprojekte ein und unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung interner Kanzleiprozesse

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation oder ein Studium zum Bachelor of Arts Steuern und Prüfungswesen
- Du verfügst über mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Du bringst sehr gute DATEV Pro und Microsoft Office-Kenntnisse mit
- Du gehst sicher und selbstständig mit Mandant:innen sowie Behörden und Institutionen um

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
