Was erwartet dich?
- Eigene Infrastruktur auf Basis von OpenStack in einem Rechenzentrum in Karlsruhe sowie Hosting bei diversen Hosting- und Cloud-Anbietern.
- Moderner Operations Stack, bestehend aus kubernetes, Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK und Jaeger Tracing.
- Wir nutzen Datenbanken und Caches wie PostgreSQL und Redis.
- Microservices in Golang.
- Continuous-Deployment mit Ansible, GitLab CI
- Selbstständige Umsetzung deiner Aufgaben mit neusten Technologien.
- Ein motiviertes Team, in dem deine Arbeit geschätzt wird und du richtig mit anpacken kannst.
- Vielschichtige Aufgaben: von Hardwarebeschaffung bis hin zum Betrieb von kubernetes ist alles dabei.
- Gemeinsam mit Kollegen aus Operations und der Entwicklung stellst du den reibungslosen Betrieb der PACE Services sicher.
- Du unterstützt Entwickler:innen dabei, ihre Services in die Cloud zu bringen und diese dort zu betreiben.
- Interessante Teilprojekte, Mitarbeit in einem wegweisenden neuen Produkt und viel zu lernen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du konntest bereits mehrjährige Erfahrungen in der Administration von Linux Server Systemen und Private Cloud Infrastruktur sammeln.
- Du kennst dich mit gängigen Verschlüsselungs- und Sicherheitskonzepten aus.
- Logging, System-Monitoring, CI/CD und Hochverfügbarkeit sind für dich nichts Neues.
- Du hast Spaß daran selbstständig und akkurat zu arbeiten und deine Arbeit sauber und pflichtbewusst zu dokumentieren.
- Automatisierung und Infrastructure as Code liegen dir am Herzen.
- Du überzeugst außerdem durch Teamfähigkeit, eigenständiges und zielgerichtetes Arbeiten, und verfügst über gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
