- Sie sind die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kälte-, Klima- & Wärmefachkunden am Telefon und sorgen für höchste Zufriedenheit.
- Ihre Serviceorientierung stellen Sie in der Kundenberatung zu unserer Produktpalette, Sonderaktionen und Produktneuheiten unter Beweis.
- Eine umfassende Kundenbetreuung steht bei uns im Fokus – daher gehören die Angebotserstellung sowie die Nachverfolgung von Angeboten und Aufträgen zu Ihrem Aufgabenbereich.
- Mit Ihrer Arbeit bilden Sie die Schnittstelle zwischen Niederlassungsleitung, Vertriebsaußendienst, Einkauf und Technik.

Was wir uns wünschen
- Sie können eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung vorweisen z. B. Groß- und Außenhandel, Industriekaufleute oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb von technischen Produkten in einem Großhandelsunternehmen bringen Sie mit – kältetechnisches Wissen ist von Vorteil, aber keine zwingende Voraussetzung.
- Sie haben Freude am telefonischen Kundenkontakt und an den Vertriebsaufgaben

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
