DEINE AUFGABEN
- Als Trusted Advisor bist du sowohl in der HR- als auch in der IT-Abteilung unserer Kund:innen zuhause und bildest die kompetente Schnittstelle zwischen beiden Bereichen
- Unternehmerisch denkend entwickelst du Management- und IT-Konzepte
- Im Teamwork mit unseren Kolleg:innen implementierst und optimierst du SAP SuccessFactors für unsere Kund:innen
- Eigenständig und kompetent berätst du Kund:innen in verschiedenen SAP SuccessFactors Modulen
- Engagiert übernimmst du Verantwortung für die Durchführung von Projekten im Bereich SAP SuccessFactors vom Kick-Off bis zum Projektabschluss
- Innovativ und kreativ erarbeitest du kundenspezifische Szenarien (Hybride Modelle)
- Eigenverantwortlich steuerst du nationale und internationale SAP SuccessFactors Projekte
- Du erarbeitest innovative Lösungskonzepte wie neue Services unter Berücksichtigung aktuellster Technologien und Compliance Anforderungen

DEIN PROFIL
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Berufserfahrung in den verschiedenen Modulen von SAP SuccessFactors oder HR Themen
- Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement sowie in Implementierungs- und Beratungsprojekten
- Selbständige Arbeitsweise, geprägt durch ein analytisches, konzeptionelles und problemlösungsorientiertes Denkvermögen
- Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit mit Kunden- und Serviceorientierung, gute Deutschkenntnisse sind zwingend notwendig
- Reise- und Lernbereitschaft

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
