Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die termin- und qualitätsgerecht Steuerung & Durchführung von Ausschreibungsprozessen inkl. Managen von Ausschreibungsplattformen
- Du analysierst Ausschreibungen, identifizierst fehlende und nicht hinreichend spezifische Informationen
- Du bewertest Chancen und Risiken von Ausschreibungen und erarbeitest Entscheidungsvorlagen
- Du leitest relevante Informationen an zu involvierende Stellen weiter und holst notwendige Informationen ein
- Du koordinierst Fachbereiche zur Bereitstellung individueller Kundenanforderungen
- Du pflegst ein Reporting-/ CRM-Tool zur Steuerung und Kontrolle der Geschäftsprozesse
- Du führst Informationen zusammen und bereitest sie auf

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein einschlägiges Studium im speditionellen Bereich
- Du verfügst über ein bis zwei Jahre Erfahrung im Ausschreibungs-/ Tendermanagement im internationalen Transport, gerne mit Schwerpunkt Luft / Seefracht
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office-Produkten und bringst die Fähigkeit zur Bedienung komplexer Programme mit
- Du hast sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit komplexe Informationen zielgerecht aufzubereiten
- Du hast eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie umfassende Erfahrung im Projekt- und Stakeholder Management
- Du besitzt überzeugendes Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsstärke, sowie hohe Kundenorientierung
- Du bringst sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und in Englisch mit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
