Was erwartet dich?
- Du bringst, mit einem interdisziplinären Scrum Team aus UX/UI-Designer:innen, Entwickler:innen, Tester:innen, Data Scientisten und weiteren Expert:innen, mit agilen Methoden Business Anforderungen und Nutzerperspektive überein und gestaltest so aktiv den Erfolg unseres Marktplatzes
- Du startest mal mit dem Team auf der grünen Wiese, mal geht es darum, etablierte Produkte/ Features intelligent zu optimieren - kein Tag ist wie der andere und jedes neue Nutzerproblem braucht deine Lösungskreativität
- Du findest mit einem Team von tollen Kolleg:innen und Expert:innen gemeinsam die wirksamsten Lösungen und setzt diese erfolgreich um (Stichwort Discovery & Delivery)
- Du verifizierst und falsifizierst systematisch unsere Roadmaps und Prioritäten auf der Basis aller uns verfügbaren Daten, Informationen oder Hypothesen - So durchdringen wir iterativ Problemstellungen und steuern flexibel nach, wenn es neue Erkenntnisse gibt

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Product Manager (m/w/d) für digitale Produkte und Services, idealerweise im Umfeld von Customer Engagement oder Kunden Account
- Du hast keine Berührungsängste mit Technologien, bist online zu Hause und kennst dich mit agiler Softwareentwicklung und Produkt-Methoden bestens aus
- Du magst Menschen, bist ein:e prima Kommunikator:in und kannst dich in andere hinein versetzen (vom User bis zum Stakeholder), deine Ideen vermitteln und Konflikte gut auflösen
- Du bist leidenschaftliche:r Gestalter:in, aber pragmatisch in der Lösung: Du hast Ambitionen, das Produkt mutig weiterzuentwickeln, verliebst dich aber nicht in die eigene Lösung, sondern justierst je nach Datenlage und Erkenntnissen flexibel nach
- Du bist strukturiert, analytisch und in der Lage, mit Komplexität umzugehen
- Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Wissen über Luxusuhren wäre von Vorteil – das können wir dir aber auch beibringen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
