Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie konzipieren und planen zukunftsweisende HLS-Anlagen für Neu- und Bestandsbauten und begleiten die Projekte eigenverantwortlich durch alle Leistungsphasen der HOAI.
- In enger Abstimmung mit Architekten, Bauherren und internen Projektteams vertreten Sie Ihre Fachplanung in Planungsbesprechungen und sorgen für reibungslose Abläufe.
- Sie erstellen detaillierte Leistungsverzeichnisse und technische Spezifikationen als präzise Grundlage für die Ausschreibung und Vergabe der Gewerke.
- Sie übernehmen die technische und wirtschaftliche Prüfung von Angeboten, wirken aktiv bei der Vergabe mit und unterstützen bei der Überwachung der Projektbudgets.
- Mit Ihrer Expertise tragen Sie maßgeblich dazu bei, innovative und ressourcenschonende Lösungen in der Gebäudetechnik umzusetzen und den Projekterfolg sicherzustellen.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Versorgungstechnik / TGA, eine Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder eine Meisterqualifikation mit.
- Sie verfügen über relevante Berufserfahrung in der Planung von HLS-Anlagen, idealerweise in einem Ingenieurbüro oder Installationsbetrieb.
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit den Planungsphasen der HOAI und den Schnittstellen zu anderen Gewerken.
- Ihre Begeisterung für nachhaltige Gebäudekonzepte und innovative Technologien treibt Sie an.
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (C1-Niveau).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
