Supervisor CAD-Bibliotheken, Systemintegration (m/w/d)
Die Hauptaufgaben umfassen:
- Leitung eines kleinen Teams von CAD- und Zahnersatzspezialisten und -experten
- Projektmanagement mit Fokus auf technischer Integration
- Unterstützung bei der Integration von Hardware und Software unserer Technologiepartner in unsere Softwaresysteme
- Aktiver Kontakt zu Partnern, insbesondere Technologiepartnern und Systemanbietern, in Bezug auf Integration, rechtliche Verträge und Prozessgestaltung
- Allgemeine Projektkoordination innerhalb der Abteilung in einer agilen Arbeitsumgebung
- Umsetzung und Überwachung der Spezifikationen des Qualitätsmanagementsystems gemäß DIN ISO 13485
- Datenintegration, Datenmanagement und Dokumentation
- Unterstützung der Softwareentwicklung (bei Bedarf) im Bereich CAD-Komponenten und Zahnersatz
- Technische Unterstützung in Bezug auf CAD-Komponenten und herausnehmbaren Zahnersatz
- Anpassung, Optimierung und Verbesserung interner Arbeitsprozesse

Persönliche Anforderungen:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung: Ingenieur (Uni/FH) / Techniker / technischer Zeichner oder Absolvent eines technischen Studiengangs (z. B. Zahnmedizin, Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar)
- Mindestens 4 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Teamleitung
- Praktische Arbeitserfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Technisches Verständnis und Faszination für 3D-CAD-Software mit guter räumlicher Vorstellungskraft
- Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1)
- Idealerweise: Erfahrung in der Dentalbranche (insbesondere Implantologie oder CAD/CAM), Erfahrung in der Verwendung von exocad CAD-Software, Erfahrung im agilen Arbeitsmanagement

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
