Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist für den Ausbau und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Marketing- und Vertriebskompetenz verantwortlich
- Du entwickelst unsere Marketing- und Vertriebsstrategie in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team weiter
- Darüber hinaus bist Du verantwortlich für alle marketing- und vertriebsrelevanten Aufgabenstellungen sowie die Lenkung des Supports und der Beschaffung
- Dabei berücksichtigst Du unsere kulturellen Werte, Nachhaltigkeit der Themen sowie das Budget
- Der Ausbau und die Intensivierung von Community und Partner Management sind bei Dir in guten Händen
- Die Mitarbeiterführung und -entwicklung ist ebenso Teil Deiner Aufgabe
- Du wirst unsere gute Beziehung zu Atlassian pflegen und weiter ausbauen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Marketing, Vertrieb oder Customer Service mit
- Als Grundlage hast Du ein Studium bspw. in BWL, Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung absolviert
- Du hast Erfahrung in der IT Branche und bringst ein sehr gutes technisches Verständnis mit
- Darüber hinaus bringst Du bereits Führungserfahrung mit
- Deine kommunikative Kompetenz und Dein diplomatisches Geschick unterstützen Dich im Umgang mit Team, Kunden, Partnern etc.
- Du hast ein “Händchen” für Zahlen und bringst eine hohe Analysefähigkeit mit
- Dein Organisationstalent hilft Dir dabei, immer den Überblick zu behalten
- Du bist ein Macher und überzeugst uns mit Deiner Umsetzungsstärke
- Deine Englischkenntnisse entsprechen mind. dem Niveau C1
- Idealerweise kennst Du Dich schon im Atlassian Umfeld aus und bringst das Verständnis für unsere Apps mit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
