- Marketing mit Performance: Direkte Budgetverantwortung für unsere Paid Social Kampagnen mit Fokus Meta und ferner auch sonstigen Kanälen wie LinkedIn, Pinterest & Co
- Growth Hacking: Analyse von Performance-KPIs, Ableitung von Insights, Aufstellung von Hypothesen und Testing basierend auf den Zielen Awareness, ROAS & Growth
- Ad Sets: Verantwortung für die kontinuierliche Konzeption, Umsetzung und Auswertung von Ad-Sets, Targeting und (A/B-)Testings
- Creatives: Projektmanagement des Creative Prozesses in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Teams für Videos, Design und Copywriting für virale Performance Ads 2.0
- Data-drive: Ausbau unseres Reporting- und Analytics-Fundaments gemeinsam mit dem Team für datengetriebene Entscheidungen
- Tools: Strategische Automatisierungen des Kampagnenmanagements via Hacks & Tools

Stellenanforderung
- Du kannst relevante Berufserfahrung im Paid Advertisement mit Fokus Meta vorweisen und hast ein sehr starkes intrinsisches Interesse an Social Marketing; E-Commerce und Start-up Background ist ein Plus
- Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse im Paid Marketing auf Facebook und Instagram sowie idealerweise erste Erfahrung auf weiteren Social Kanälen wie Pinterest und LinkedIn
- Du bist numbers driven, überzeugst mit einer analytischen und KPI getriebenen Herangehensweise und steuerst Kampagnen agil inklusive A/B Testing
- Du besitzt idealerweise rudimentäre Web-Development Kenntnisse sowie ein Verständnis für die kreative Gestaltung performanter Ads (Visuals, Copys) und einhergehendes Projektmanagement
- Du suchst ein wachstumsstarkes Umfeld, in welchem du Ownership übernehmen und dich mit Growth Mindset weiterentwickeln kannst

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
