Performance Marketing Manager für Online-Kampagnen (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst, optimierst und führst bestehende und neue Kampagnen in unseren Performance-Kanälen (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, etc.) aus
- Du analysierst Kampagnen anhand relevanter KPIs (z. B. CAC, CLV, CPC, CPI, ROI, etc.) und übernimmst die operative Steuerung
- Du erstellst kontinuierliche A/B-Tests zur Optimierung von Kampagnen und validierst deine Thesen
- Du übernimmst die Budgetverantwortung für alle deine paid Online-Werbemaßnahmen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Mind. 3-4 Jahre Erfahrung im Performance-Marketing und dem Umgang mit klassischen Kanälen wie Google, Meta, TikTok, App- & PlayStore.
- Vertiefte Kenntnisse in der Datenauswertung mit Hilfe von Analysetools wie z.B. Firebase und Google Analytics und Appsflyer.
- Du bist trendbewusst für die Themen Performance-Marketing und hast ein gutes Gespür für Kundenwünsche und Nutzerverhalten.
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, Kreativität sowie innovatives Denken und Handeln.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
