Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Analyse, Konzeptionierung und technische Umsetzung der Netzwerkinfrastrukturen bei unseren Kund:innen
- Du entwickelst und implementierst die Netzwerkinfrastrukturen und bist verantwortlich für das Troubleshooting im 2nd- und 3rd Level Support, sowohl per Ticketsystem, Remote, telefonisch als auch vor Ort
- Du berätst unsere Kund:innen, egal ob Mittelstand oder Großkunde in unterschiedlichen Branchen, zu allen Fragestellungen rund um deren Netzwerke mit Schwerpunkt LAN und WLAN
- Du verantwortest die komplette Projektdurchführung von der Bedarfsanalyse und Planung über die Implementierung bis hin zur Betriebsübernahme
- Du bist die kompetente Ansprechperson für unsere Kund:innen und übernimmst mit deinem technischen Know-how auch PreSales Tätigkeiten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du besitzt eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung, ein abgeschlossenes Studium im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst einschlägige Berufserfahrung in Projekten von mindestens 3 Jahren im Bereich IT-Netzwerksysteme mit
- Du hast bereits Zertifizierungen und Erfahrungen zu mindestens einem der Hersteller, wie Extreme, Cisco, HPE, Aruba oder Ubiquiti
- Du bringst die Flexibilität mit, unsere Kund:innen im Süddeutschen Raum, teilweise auch vor Ort zu betreuen
- Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Kunden, verfügst über ein souveränes Auftreten und besitzt ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
- Du verfügst über fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und einen souveränen Umgang mit Kund:innen

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
