- Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit deinem Team Kommunikationsstrategien für spannende Marken
- Du übernimmst die Leitung von Projekten und Kampagnen, sowie die Gesamtverantwortung für die Kundenbeziehung und deren systematische Weiterentwicklung
- Du stellst die Schnittstelle zwischen Kundschaft und Kreativteam dar
- Du beherrschst das Beratungs-Handwerk, um als kompetente:r Gesprächspartner:in für die Kundschaft auftreten zu können. Wir erwarten dabei auch eine Portion kreatives Verständnis und großen Kampfgeist für gute Ideen
- Du hast die Zügel in der Hand, wenn es um Markenführung geht und hast ein umfangreiches Kunden-, Markt- und Markenverständnis

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mind. 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position in einer Agentur oder bei einer coolen Marke
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Planung, Koordination und Kontrolle aller kommunikativen Aktivitäten und Disziplinen und du bringst ein sehr gutes Plattformwissen zu Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter usw. mit
- Du bist einfallsreich und kreativ, trotzdem gut organisiert und hast als Teamplayer (m/w/d) Freude am kollaborativen Arbeiten
- Du hast Gespür für Ästhetik, fühlst dich in einem schnelllebigen und anspruchsvollen Umfeld wohl, verfügst über eine rasche Auffassungsgabe und hast ein gutes Urteilsvermögen
- Du bleibst cool in stressigen Situationen, kommunizierst auch mit namhafter Kundschaft immer freundlich und auf Augenhöhe, du besitzt ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, arbeitest strukturiert und sorgfältig, bist aufgeschlossen und bringst eine hohe Eigenmotivation mit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
