Innerhalb deines Vertriebsgebietes verkaufst du eine eigene technische Produktlinie direkt bei deinen Kund:innen.
Was du mitbringst, sind ein grundlegendes Interesse für den technischen Vertrieb sowie Reisebereitschaft innerhalb deines Vertriebsgebietes und einen PKW Führerschein – dein Studienschwerpunkt und deine Berufserfahrung spielen bei uns keine Rolle. In einem 8-wöchigen Intensivtraining sowie weiteren Trainingseinheiten lernst du alles, was du für die Position brauchst!

Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest nach einem 8-wöchigen Intensivtraining dein eigenes Vertriebsgebiet und verkaufst dort unsere technischen Produkte
- Du baust dein Vertriebsgebiet kontinuierlich und zielgerichtet aus und gewährleistest eine reibungslose Kommunikation mit deinen Kund:innen
- Du bist an drei Tagen die Woche in deinem Vertriebsgebiet unterwegs, eruierst die Wünsche und Probleme unserer Kund:innen vor Ort und berätst diese abschlussorientiert anhand unserer breiten Produktpalette
- Du verbringst die anderen beide Tage gemeinsam mit deinem Team in unserem Vertriebsbüro in der jeweiligen Region, um Kundentermine zu organisieren und sich auszutauschen
- Du realisierst Wachstumsziele, indem du Markt und Wettbewerb beobachtest und ein Gespür für neue Absatzmärkte und Kund:innen entwickelst

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise in Regelstudienzeit, oder eine Ausbildung, beispielsweise als staatlich geprüfter Techniker, Betriebswirt, Industriemeister oder Wirtschaftstechniker (m/w/d)
- Du startest bei uns als Junior – daher musst du keine Berufserfahrung mitbringen
- Du besitzt einen PKW-Führerschein, um die Kund:innen innerhalb deines Vertriebsgebietes vor Ort betreuen zu können
- Du zeichnest dich durch deine offene Persönlichkeit aus und überzeugst mit deinem Verkaufstalent
- Du bist erfolgsorientiert, hast deine Ziele klar im Blick und gehst gerne die Extrameile
- Du kannst sowohl eigenverantwortlich als auch im Team arbeiten
- Du punktest mit Reisebereitschaft innerhalb deiner Wunschregion sowie an bis zu sechs Bürotagen im Monat in anderen Regionen Deutschlands
- Du überzeugst bei der Arbeit mit Kund:innen mit deiner Kommunikationsstärke und verhandlungssicheren Deutschkenntnissen

You can upload your application documents in your Workwise profile. These can only be viewed by companies you are applying to.
Why can't I see which company I am applying to?
Some companies prefer to convince potential applicants with a meaningful job description instead of a strong employer brand. After your application, you will see which company it is. If you do not like the company, you can withdraw your application in your profile.
Can I process my application afterwards?
Yes, this is possible. In your application overview you can view your information and make changes. If you have already been invited to an interview, editing is no longer possible. However, you can still add general information and upload additional documents in your profile.
How do I get news about my application?
In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?

No, companies can only see the applications they have received.
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
