Was erwartet dich?
- Du konzipierst und setzt Lean-Prinzipien erfolgreich um und berätst in Produktions- und Logistikfragen
- Du analysierst Prozesse, definierst Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten und gestaltest gesamtheitlich die Supply Chain
- Du implementierst und entwickelst Standards und Lean-Methoden weiter
- Du moderierst Lean-Workshops im Produktions- und administrativen Bereich
- Du bewertest und wählst Fertigungsarten für die Produktion aus
- Du leitest/unterstützt Lean-Projekte an weltweiten Fertigungsstandorten (strategisch/operativ)

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
- Du verfügst über Berufserfahrung im Bereich Lean Management / Prozessmanagement
- Du kannst idealerweise einen Green Belt nach Six Sigma vorweisen
- Du besitzt methodische und didaktische Kompetenzen, bist kommunikationsstark und teamfähig
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
