Mitarbeiter für die Personalabrechnung/Lohnbuchhaltung (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist direkter Ansprechperson für unsere Mandant:innen (u.a. Gesellschafter:innen & Geschäftsführer:innen) und betreust einen festen Mandantenstamm aus dem Bereich der Lohnbuchhaltung und ggf. Kostenstellenrechnung
- Du führst eigenverantwortlich die monatliche Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung für Mandant:innen verschiedener Branchen und Rechtsformen durch, erstellst Belege, Buchungen, Auswertungen, Bescheinigungen und Statistiken
- Du unterstützt einen festen Mandantenstamm in allen lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen sowie abrechnungsrelevanten Fragestellungen
- Du korrespondierst mit Steuerbehörden und Sozialversicherungsträgern sowie anderen Behörden, bereitest Prüfungen (insb. Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsprüfungen) vor und begleitest diese
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem mandatsverantwortlichen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) zusammen und stimmst dich mit ihr ab

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast Erfahrung im Bereich Steuern und Finanzen, insbesondere in der Lohnbuchhaltung, und bist erfahren mit DATEV
- Du bist mit den Abläufen in einer Steuerkanzlei vertraut und hast bereits praktische Berufserfahrung im Bereich Lohnbuchhaltung sammeln können
- Du hast Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht und legst Wert auf qualitative Ergebnisse und priorisierte Mandantenzufriedenheit
- Du kannst sehr gut in Teams arbeiten, fühlst dich aber auch in Eigenbeschäftigung wohl und trägst gerne zu einer guten Arbeitsatmosphäre bei
- Du bist offen für Weiterbildung (DATEV Schulungen, Fortbildungslehrgänge, interne Schulungen) und interessierst dich für angebotene Weiterbildung
- Du bringst vorteilhafterweise bereits Erfahrung in einer Steuerkanzlei oder einer vergleichbaren Position mit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
