(Senior) Projektleiter:in (m/w/d) (Gebäude-)Rückbau und Schadstoffsanierung

Wie du dich einbringst
Deine Aufgaben umfassen:
- Erstellung von Schadstoffkatastern einschl. Bewertung der Gesundheitsgefahren, des Arbeitsschutzes, der Entsorgungs-/Verwertungsmöglichkeiten sowie der finanziellen Risiken bei der Schadstoffsanierung
- Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzplanung für eigene Schadstoffuntersuchungen sowie zur Schadstoffsanierung
- Erstellung von Entsorgungskonzepten sowie Sanierungs-/Rückbaukonzepten
- Ausschreibung, Steuerung und Begleitung von Untersuchungs-, Sanierungs- und Rückbaumaßnahmen einschl. Bauüberwachung
- Überwachung der Abfallentsorgung sowie Unterstützung beim elektronischen Nachweisverfahren über ZEDAL
- Marktbearbeitung und Präsentation unseres Dienstleistungsportfolios sowie Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Marktaktivitäten
- Perspektivisch: Übernahme der Teamleitung im Bereich (Gebäude-)Rückbau und Schadstoffsanierung

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
