Was erwartet dich
- Du betreust eigenverantwortlich einen festen Mandantenstamm aus Unternehmen sowie Privatpersonen und verantwortest deren laufende Finanzbuchhaltung.
- Du erstellst eigenständig Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen und wirkst bei der Vorbereitung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse im Team mit.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson stehst du deinen Mandant:innen bei allen buchhalterischen Fragen beratend zur Seite.
- Du gestaltest die Digitalisierung aktiv mit, indem du für die Verbuchung modernste Verwaltungssoftware und KI-gestützte Tools nutzt.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. als Steuerfachangestellte/r) oder ein vergleichbares Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Du bringst mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung mit und bist sicher in der Vorbereitung von Jahresabschlüssen und Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen.
- Du bist digital affin und gehst sicher mit gängiger Buchhaltungssoftware sowie MS Office um.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist sorgfältig und eigenständig, gleichzeitig schätzt du den Austausch im Team und den direkten Kontakt mit Mandanten.
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch (mindestens C1-Niveau), um eine reibungslose Mandantenbetreuung zu gewährleisten.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
