Growth Marketing Manager (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst und setzt eine umfassende Growth Marketing-Strategie um, um das Kundenaufkommen und den Umsatz zu steigern
- Du führst Marktanalysen durch, identifizierst Wachstumschancen und neue Markttrends und planst, führst und optimierst Online-Marketingkampagnen über verschiedene Kanäle (z. B. Social Media, E-Mail, Content-Marketing)
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Lead-Generierung und Conversion-Optimierung durch gezielte Marketingmaßnahmen und überwachst und analysierst kontinuierlich die Marketingkennzahlen, um die Effektivität der Kampagnen zu messen und Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten zu identifizieren
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Business Development Team und unseren Vertriebsteams zusammen, um das Kundenerlebnis kontinuierlich zu verbessern
- Du beobachtest aktiv das Wettbewerbsumfeld und identifizierst und setzt Best Practices um

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Wirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und verfügst über mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing oder einer vergleichbaren Marketing-Rolle
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen digitales Marketing, SEO, SEM, Social-Media-Marketing und Content-Marketing und hast Erfahrung mit Datenanalyse-Tools und der Interpretation von Marketingkennzahlen
- Du hast einen kreativen und datengetriebenen Denkansatz mit einem starken Fokus auf Ergebnisse
- Du bist ein Teamplayer mit der Fähigkeit, effektiv mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zusammenzuarbeiten
- Du hast eine selbständige Arbeitsweise und hohe Eigeninitiative und verfügst über fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
