Was erwartet dich?
- Du berätst unsere Kund:innen im gehobenen Mittelstand kompetent und mit Blick über den Tellerrand, insbesondere zu unseren professionellen Services rund um Data Center und Netzwerk in der Region Süddeutschland
- Du hast die primäre Verantwortung für die Neukundengewinnung und betreust bestehende Kontakte und Kund:innen als regelmäßiger Ansprechpartner (m/w/d), der stets die Kundenzufriedenheit zum Ziel hat und sich Fragen annimmt, weitere Bedarfe aufnimmt sowie bei Problemen deeskalierend eingreift
- Du erkennst Trends und Innovationen, bringst diese ein und erarbeitest Vertriebskonzepte sowie kundenspezifische Lösungen
- Deine Ansprechpartner:innen sind IT- und Data-Center-Verantwortliche sowie Einkäufer:innen und Entscheider:innen unserer Kund:innen
- Du beantwortest technisch komplexe Fragestellungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit deinen Presales-Kolleg:innen und pflegst gute Beziehungen zu Herstellern und Lieferanten
- Du erarbeitest kundenindividuelle Lösungen und präsentierst diese bei Kund:innen und führst Verhandlungen bis zum Vertragsabschluss durch
- Du arbeitest in einem starken Team kontinuierlich an spannenden Themen und bringst proaktiv deine Ideen zur Erweiterung unseres Produkt-, Service- und Beratungsportfolios ein

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du generierst seit mehreren Jahren erfolgreich Projekte im IT-Service-Umfeld, mit Fokus auf die Themen DataCenter, Netzwerk und IT-Security
- Du verfügst über fundierte technische Kenntnisse in der IT-Infrastruktur sowie Verständnis für IT-/ Managed-Services und hast Erfahrung mit Themen wie SAP Infrastruktur, Docker/Kubernetes, Riverbed und Citrix
- Du kannst Menschen begeistern, hast ein Gespür für die Bedarfe der Kund:innen, überzeugst mit deinem Auftreten und deinem Verhandlungsgeschick und bewegst dich souverän auf allen Hierarchie-Ebenen
- Du bist gut vernetzt, routiniert im Beziehungsmanagement mit Partner:innen und verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Du bist über die aktuellen Markttrends informiert, hast Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Microsoft CRM und SAP und bestenfalls aktuelle Herstellerzertifizierungen wie Cisco, PaloAlto oder Riverbed
- Du hast Teamgeist und Respekt im Umgang mit Menschen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
