Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die fachliche Führung deines Teams und verantwortest die eigenständige Abwicklung von Projekten im Bereich Kupfer- und Glasfasernetzwerke.
- Du planst die technische Umsetzung der Installationen, koordinierst die Einsätze vor Ort und stellst die Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards sicher.
- Du steuerst die Durchführung von Messungen, erstellst die technische Dokumentation und begleitest die finale Projektübergabe an den Kunden.
- Bei Interesse leitest du auch anspruchsvolle Projekte an außergewöhnlichen Orten wie internationalen Stadien oder auf großen Schiffen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektriker, Elektroniker oder Mechatroniker (m/w/d) und bist idealerweise Meister:in – auch direkt von der Meisterschule.
- Alternativ bringst du als Gesell:in bereits mehrjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung mit.
- Du hast erste Erfahrung in der fachlichen Anleitung von Kolleg:innen oder den klaren Wunsch, in eine Führungsrolle hineinzuwachsen.
- Eine kunden- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise ist für dich selbstverständlich.
- Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse und einen Führerschein der Klasse B.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
