Kaufmännische Leitung für Rechnungswesen und HR (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die nationale Rechnungslegung und bereiten die Jahresabschlüsse unter Einhaltung handels- und steuerrechtlicher Vorschriften vor, inklusive Erstellung des Anhangs und des Lageberichts
- Sie verantworten die Liquiditätsplanung und -steuerung sowie das interne Berichtswesen, mit direkter Berichterstattung an die Geschäftsführung (m/w/d)
- Sie sind Ansprechperson für Banken, Steuerberater:innen, Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen, Finanzamt, Versicherungen, BGHM, Gewerbeaufsicht, IHK, führen die SCC Gruppe, sind an der ISO Zertifizierung beteiligt und erstellen die monatlichen und jährlichen Erhebungsmeldungen für das Statistische Landesamt
- Sie bearbeiten sämtliche betrieblichen Versicherungen sowie personenbezogene Versicherungen, baV etc. und vertreten die Geschäftsleitung bei Arbeitsschutzsitzungen
- Sie übernehmen die L+G Vorbereitung und Abstimmung mit dem externen Lohnbüro und überprüfen und kontieren Reisekostenabrechnungen
- Sie sind für die Personalakquise, die Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen und Zeugnissen sowie allgemeine HR Aufgaben verantwortlich und sind Ansprechperson für Arbeitsagentur und Zeitarbeitsunternehmen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
