- Sie planen, steuern und strukturieren klassische und agile Projekte im IT-Umfeld unter Berücksichtigung von Terminen, Budget und Qualität der Ergebnisse
- Sie moderieren Workshops zur Anforderungsanalyse und Aufwandsschätzungen bzw. Projekt Steerings
- Sie koordinieren die am Projekt beteiligten Teams (intern und extern) und übergeben Projekte in das Daily Business
- Sie entwickeln Projektmethoden und -standards weiter
- Sie erarbeiten Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Top-Management

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlichem, ingenieurwissenschaftlichem, IT oder ähnlichem Schwerpunkt
- Sie verfügen über praktische Erfahrung mit Projekt- und / oder Stakeholdermanagement, idealerweise im IT-Umfeld sowie der entsprechenden Methoden (z.B. IPMA) und Tooling (idealerweise Jira)
- Sie besitzen eine Hands-on-Mentalität und die Fähigkeit, auch komplexe Sachverhalte auf den Punkt zu bringen
- Sie sind kontaktfreudig und souverän in Moderations- bzw. Präsentations-Situationen

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
