Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung mit entsprechenden Zusatzqualifikationen
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse im agilen und klassischen Management von komplexen Projekten von 2-5 Jahren Laufzeit
- Du hast langjährige Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement in interdisziplinären Teams
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und teamfähig und bereit zu projektbegleitender Reisetätigkeit
- Du kannst idealerweise Erfahrungen mit Digitalisierungsprojekten, Erfahrungen als Soft- bzw. Hardwareentwickler (m/w/d) sowie Erfahrungen in Projekten mit internationalen Teams vorweisen
- Du besitzt bestenfalls Kenntnisse im Bereich Produktentstehungs- und Produktlebenszyklus sowie Kenntnisse in SixSigma, Design for SixSigma und Lean
- Du verfügst über sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
