Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie setzen die Ablagesystematik auf den System unseres Kund:innen gemeinsam mit dem Dokumentenmanagement um
- Sie ermitteln die Anforderungen für die Dokumentation aus den jeweiligen Fachbereichen und setzen die erarbeiteten Konzepte für die Bau- und Bestandsdokumentation um
- Sie unterstützen bei der Erstellung der Konzepte für die Bau- und Bestandsdokumentation
- Sie wirken bei der Umsetzung einer technischen Standardisierung für die einzelnen Planungsabschnitte mit
- Sie unterstützen bei der Schulung von Projektmitarbeiter:innen und Nachunternehmer und bei der Durchführung von Informationsveranstaltungen und Kick-Off-Meetings

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen Erfahrung im Bereich der (technischen) Dokumentation in Großprojekten mit, idealerweise in einer ähnlichen Position
- Sie besitzen Kenntnisse über Standardisierung und Konzeptionierung für umfangreiche Dokumentationen
- Sie haben eine Affinität zu EDV-Systemen und -Anwendungen
- Sie denken lösungsorientiert und haben Spaß daran, Themen selbstständig zu erarbeiten und weiterzuentwickeln
- Sie zeichnen sich durch Reisebereitschaft aus
- Sie verfügen über fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
