- Du begleitest und verantwortest die Umsetzung und Durchführung der Bauprojekte im Telekommunikations- und Glasfaserausbau
- Du verantwortest die terminliche und qualitative Überwachung und Abnahme der zu erbringenden Bau- und Integrationsleistungen bis zur Übergabe
- Du koordinierst effizienten Personal- und Materialeinsatz als auch eine gute Einteilung der Ressourcen
- Du integrierst eine kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung und Qualitätssicherung der ausgeführten Leistungen in deinen täglichen Arbeitsablauf
- Du erstellst Aufmaße und bist verantwortlich für die Überwachung von Verkehrswegesicherung unter Einhaltung von Normen, Genehmigungen und Vorschriften
- Du kommunizierst mit den Auftraggeber:innen und Kund:innen routiniert und regelmäßig
- Du sorgst für die Erstellung von internen Reports, die ordnungsgemäße Dokumentation, die Abrechnung von Bauleistungen und den Abschlags- und Schlussrechnungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium aus dem Bereich Bautechnik, Ingenieurwesen, Straßenbau, Versorgungstechnik oder eine erfolgreich absolvierte Ausbildung zum technischen Systemplaner (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen mit
- Du kannst eine mehrjährige solide Berufserfahrung vorweisen, idealerweise aus dem Bereich Telekommunikationstechnik und du verfügst über Fachkenntnisse im Bauvertragsrecht/Bautechnik (VOB)
- Du verfügst über umfassende Kenntnisse in Bezug auf Prozesse und Arbeitsabläufe im Bereich Realisierung und Bau von Telekommunikationsprojekten
- Zu deinem Repertoire gehört unter anderem ein fundiertes Wissen im Bereich Übertragungstechnik, das Lesen von Bauplänen und ein versierter Umgang mit den Branchen üblichen Softwareprogrammen
- Dein Profil rundest Du durch ein konzeptionelles, analytisches Denken und Arbeiten sowie Planungs-, Organisations- und Entscheidungskompetenz ab
